Manage Enterprise Teams

Create sub-teams under your Enterprise, invite members, and understand how teams and members relate.

The Teams tab in your Enterprise admin panel lets you create and manage sub-teams. Each team is a separate workspace where you can share pages with a specific group of people — for example your Marketing, Sales, or Operations department.

How Enterprise teams work

  • You can create an unlimited number of teams under your Enterprise.

  • Every person you invite to a team automatically becomes a member of the Enterprise.

  • A member can belong to multiple teams at the same time.

  • Pages can be shared with an individual team or with the entire Enterprise (all members across all teams).

  • Each team can optionally have its own subdomain, in addition to the Enterprise subdomain.

Enterprise-wide page sharing

When a team is part of an Enterprise, the page sharing options expand. In the Collaborate column on the Pages tab, the "Everyone can view" and "Everyone can edit" options apply to everyone in the Enterprise — not just members of the individual team. This makes it easy to share resources across departments without inviting every person manually.

Create a new team

  1. Open your Enterprise admin panel and go to the Teams tab.

  2. Click Create team.

  3. Give the team a name and invite members.

Manage existing teams

The Teams tab shows a list of all teams in your Enterprise. Click on a team to open its own admin panel, where you can manage its members, pages, permissions, and settings — just like a standalone Team.

Enterprise-wide members

The Members tab in the Enterprise admin panel shows all members across all teams. From here you can:

  • Search for members across the entire Enterprise.

  • See which teams each member belongs to (shown in the Teams column).

  • Click a member to edit their team assignments — a modal opens with checkboxes for each team, letting you add or remove the member from specific teams in one go.

  • Change a member's role (member, admin, or owner).

  • Remove a member from the Enterprise, which also removes them from all teams.

Tip

With SSO, you can automatically assign users to the right teams based on group attributes from your identity provider — no manual team assignment needed.
