A Team in Start.me is a shared workspace where you can securely share pages with colleagues, students, or any group of people. Team members can view and collaborate on pages together.
What can you do with a Team?
Members — Invite people by email, invite link, or email domain whitelist. Assign roles: Owner, Admin, or Member.
Team pages — Share pages with your team and control who can view or edit each one.
Custom subdomain — Use your own URL (e.g.
yourcompany.start.me) with custom branding and display settings.Authentication & SSO — Control how members sign in, including email domain restrictions and SAML2-based Single Sign-On.
Permissions — Fine-tune what each role is allowed to do.
Create your first team
Log in to your Start.me account.
Open the Admin panel and go to the Teams tab.
Click Create team to start a free trial.
Follow the onboarding steps to name your team, invite members, and start sharing pages.
Pricing & trial
The team trial is free for 30 days — no credit card required.
After the trial, upgrade to a Team plan for $25/month billed yearly or $30/month billed monthly.
The plan includes up to 10 team members.
SAML2-based Single Sign-On is included with the Team plan.
