The New Tab Page extension loads Start.me every time you open a new browser tab. It also gives you quick access to save bookmarks, search, and use shortcuts while browsing.
Install the extension
The extension is available for Chrome (and Chromium-based browsers like Vivaldi and Brave) and Edge.
Chrome: Open the Chrome Web Store listing and click Add to Chrome.
Edge: Open the Edge Add-ons listing and click Get.
Approve the permissions when prompted. We only request what's needed to display your Start.me page and communicate with our servers. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Firefox
There is no New Tab extension for Firefox due to platform limitations. See How do I load Start.me as my New Tab Page in Firefox? for a workaround.
Choose your new tab page
By default, the extension loads your first personal page. To change this:
Click the Start.me icon in your browser toolbar.
Click the cog icon to open Extension Options.
Under Select your new tab page, choose the page you want from the dropdown.
