On May 26, 2021, Mozilla decided to remove our New Tab add-on from their Firefox Add-on store. The formal reason for this decision is a Firefox policy that doesn't allow for their users to set a remote webpage as their New Tab page. Since Start.me is build as a remote web page you can access from all browsers and devices, we're very much affected by this decision.
How can I get Start.me as my New Tab page?
We're negotiating with Mozilla to see if we can make it possible to load Start.me again as your new tab page.
Until that time, we can offer the following workaround
Instructions
Install the add-on New Tab Override.
Configure https://start.me as your New Tab page.
Grant the extension the rights to set the Net Tab page to Start.me.
Now your new tab page is set to Start.me.
Install the Bookmarker add-on to quickly add bookmarks to your page: Click Bookmarker add-on for Firefox and add it to your browser.
