30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a no-questions-asked refund within the first 30 days of your payment. If you are not satisfied with your PRO or Team subscription, contact us within 30 days of being charged and we will refund you in full.
After the First 30 Days
Once the 30-day window has passed, paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. We do review individual refund requests on a case-by-case basis, so if you have a specific situation, please reach out and let us know.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund for the period you have already paid for.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at billing@start.me from the email address linked to your account. Let us know which subscription you would like refunded, and we will take care of it.
