Set Start.me as your homepage
Setting Start.me as your homepage means it loads when you launch Chrome or click the Home icon.
Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, then select Settings.
Under On startup, select Open a specific page or set of pages.
Click Add a new page.
Enter
https://start.meand click Add.
Important
Always use https://start.me as the homepage URL — not a direct page URL like https://start.me/p/WrqOnf/. Direct page URLs may cause errors when you're not signed in.
Set Start.me as your new tab page
Chrome doesn't let you change the new tab page manually — you need our free extension. Install the New Tab Page extension from the Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome. Pin the extension to your toolbar for easy access.
Don't want to change your new tab?
Install the Bookmarker extension instead — it lets you save bookmarks and search without changing your new tab page.
