If you want to change the email address you use to log in, you can change this yourself.
- Click the Me icon in the top right corner of your start.me page.
- Click Account Details to open your account settings.
- Under Email, locate the email address currently associated with your account. Click Change to change it.
- You'll open a pop-up where you can enter the new email address you want to use.
- We'll send an email to your old address, to confirm.
If this solution doesn't work for you (for example, if you no longer have access to your old email address), you can still ask our support team to help you out. Write to email@example.com.
