Some of our users suddenly aren't able to open their start.me page in Firefox anymore.
The error message is similar to: 'Secure connection has failed' of 'Failed to load.'
Some possible solutions are:
- Clear your cache.
- Update Firefox to the latest version.
- Try to access start.me from a different browser.
- Make sure your anti-virus program (for example Avast or AVG) allows you to connect to https://start.me and https://startme.com.
- Try to access start.me at a later moment.
