2. More about images [back to top]
You are free to add any image, as long as they are no bigger than 20 MB. When you upload your picture to our servers, they will be compressed and cached. This way your images will render just as fast as Bookmark or other widgets. You can only add one picture at a time.
The allowed file types are JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, ICO, PDF, SVG, TIFF.
You can add images with any aspect ratio, but the widget will display your pictures best when all uploaded images are oriented in either landscape mode (wider than tall) or portrait mode (taller than wide).
3. Context menu [back to top]
Click the More options button in the top right corner of your widget () to start adding new images.
Activate the Edit mode to change the name of your widget, copy the widget to another page or move it. Enter our Settings pane or delete the entire widget (careful: there's no recovery possible).
The final option allows you to access the Help section (this very article).
4. General settings [back to top]
There are two ways to change the title of your Image Gallery widget: double-click the title of the widget or change it from the Settings pane.
In this pane, you can also decide to show your images in a slideshow and at which interval. If you choose to disable this function, you can switch to another image by clicking the arrows that appear when you hover over the picture.
Here, you can also change the icon by uploading your own or selecting one from our database. Click Done to save your changes.
5. Advanced Settings [back to top]
The Advanced tab of your Settings pane allows you to tailor the appearance of your widget to the images you've uploaded.
We recommend you to choose the Aspect ratio most similar to your images. There are several options: Square, TV (4:3), A4 paper, 35mm film (3:2), Golden ratio, HD (16:9).
Another option is the orientation of your widget: Landscape or Portrait.
If you want to crop your images to the dimensions of your preferred aspect ratio, this is also possible.
Click Done to confirm.
6. Background settings [back to top
Change the color of your Image Gallery widget. Set the transparency to blend into the background. Apply these settings to all widgets on your page.
