Why am I receiving payment emails?
If you have a Lifetime PRO subscription, you will never be charged again. Your PRO subscription is active forever on your account.
However, our payment processor (Chargebee) may still send automated emails about your payment method, such as:
"Your payment method has expired"
"Your account is at risk of being deleted"
"Update your payment details"
These emails can safely be ignored. Your Lifetime PRO status is not affected.
How to stop these emails
You can remove your payment method entirely so you no longer receive these reminders:
Go to Account Details (click your profile icon in the top right)
Click Manage subscription
Remove your stored payment method
Since you have a Lifetime subscription, no future payments are needed and removing your payment method will not affect your PRO status in any way.
Is my Lifetime PRO really forever?
Yes. A Lifetime PRO subscription means:
You will never be charged again by Start.me for PRO
Your PRO features remain active permanently
You do not need a payment method on file
